How to Feel Healthy on Your Worst Days

This past week I’ve been in a transition of moving from my parent’s home to my summer apartment. Unfortunately, my apartment wasn’t ready for move in when it was supposed to be so my company put me and the other interns in a hotel room. Obviously, you can’t do much cooking in a hotel so I’ve been surviving on Red Robin next door and Taco Bell down the street. For a day or two, its fine. However, after a week of it I feel sluggish and gross. This isn’t cute or self esteem boosting that’s for sure! Here are a few things I’m doing to feel better again!

Stretching- It lengthens your body and wakes up the muscles!

Fruit Infused Water- The most refreshing thing one can drink! I love cucumber and lemon!

Eat Breakfast- Fruit is low calorie and delicious!

Go smell the flowers- Nature and fresh air is good for you!

A fresh manicure- Pretty fingers really lift the spirits!

Get rid of dead skin with sugar scrub! Skin feels so smooth later!

    Very very true! Nothing like a good and healthy meal and pretty nails to make your day!:)

  2. Cute post! I call this the “vacation after effect” when you eat out way too much and just feel..heavy. I hate it! I try to head to the gym or go for a run to boost my energy afterwards.
